Return Policy

You may return most items sold by Downbound Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a 100% credit (less the amount Downbound incurred for shipping) to be used towards another purchase. In order to cover our costs for order processing and product restocking, we only offer store credit rather than cash refunds for most returns.

If the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will of course also refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a cash refund instead of a credit refund if that is your preference.

We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any lower body undergarments or swimwear.

Procedure 
If you would like to inquire about returning an item ordered from Downbound.co.uk, please email Rob Karbaum at service@downbound.co.uk for specific instructions. Depending on the item being returned, the location to send your return to will vary, and you may or may not require a return authorization number.
