When they were unsure of when the purse might actually be available, they sent me suggestions for other purses that might fit my needs. They also offered to reverse the charge to my credit card if I didn't like their suggestions and didn't want to wait for my order. I could have taken the credit and purchased the purse elsewhere, but I was so impressed with this company and their efforts that I waited until the purse was available—which turned out to be fairly quick—but I would have waited as long as necessary.
